Shipping & Returns

If a sewing project kit is faulty I will either offer a replacement or  refund your money. 

I do not refund if you have a change of mind as these kits are cut to order for each person. 

Digital patterns and products cannot be refunded. 

If you have paid with a Creative Kids Voucher these are not redeemable for cash should you choose to return something. In the event you have returned something and purchased it with a voucher, you will receive a credit note.

We have a standard $10 shipping fee to most places within Australia, however some remote places may incur an extra charge.
